Wow. That's a shame!  :8-
Unfortunately, you probably have more than just resistors fried.  :60-

Anyway ... The resistor color codes go as follows:
 0 - Black
 1 - Brown
 2 - Red
 3 - Orange
 4 - Yellow
 5 - Green
 6 - Blue
 7 - Violet
 8 - Grey
 9 - White

Silver band - 10 percent tolerance
Gold Band - 5 percent tolerance

Example: a resistor with color code brown (1) Green (5) Orange (Multiplier of 3) Silver(10%), would be  15,000 ohms (15K).

Thanks for quick reply. :3-..those bad/fried resistors from R4~R19[same] I'm be able to see the first color code is brown[could be1ohm?~1K? etc.] and the rest is fried? if any body have one of these topper would be a great help? :88-

Holy crap. With all those resistors fried you definately have another issue.  Better check your caps too, although the ones in the pic look ok.  Looks like you applied the wrong voltage to your topper.

Well..only two second...hehe..  :25--hopefully only the resistors?every thing else look good?lol..have to replace the resistors first!! [first stage repair] i don't know how many ohm are the resistors??  :103-

Looks like on r14 the 2nd band is black.  So far you have 10     and the last band appears to be gold  which is  +/- 5% (tolerance).
Your missing the 3rd band, the multiplier band which is really important.
Try and post a clear, large pic of R14 and another.

This is an easy to use chart.

I think because the seller said that the toppers were in "perfect working order" and the guy who bought them expected to be able to just plug them into the wall, not have to find transformers and do the wiring himself.

Kevin, I don't think so, That buyer (shoots flaming balls) has a long history of aquiring and selling slot parts. Probably reselling for a profit and will have to put more work into those toppers than he expected.  :97-

 Dan (tacman)

Hmmm, "shoots flaming balls" might be a pyrotechnics/fireworks guy.   :103-

I would hope that that's what it means..  :5- :58-  It doesn't sound like SFB would be the kind of guy who would help sommer out, but you never know. He might be willing to get the resistor and cap values off of his topper. It couldn't hurt to ask him.
