If you replaced eliminate the door issue and get a 55, the problem is that the BV isn't initializing correctly.  This happens when the cash box is old and the transport isn't strong enough to turn it correctly, or if the transport and/or head need cleaning or a new motor.  If you have a good working head/transport you can try it.  you can also try pulling slightly on the cash box while the bv is initializing.

Thanks,
Wayne

I will add a little more.  The main door optic sensor attached to the cabinet should be able to be triggered by a bright light, I use this method to program x-10 acceptors which need the door closed to be powered up.

Thanks,

Wayne the validator dont even try to start  Pulled out the plug that the validator plugs into and found someone has cut all wires except 1 row of wires I am going to try to find another plug and try it all the plugs i have multiable plugs the one i need is the one from the validator to the I/O board with another plug from cash box door switch. I checked switch on door and it was ok
