Title: Slots of Fun going TITO this week Post by: Billythekid on July 22, 2009, 01:45:41 AM I was at Slots of Fun Monday July 20th 2009 and a large percentage of the slots were taped off or gone. Everything available to play was coin with hoppers, even newer games. Then there were sections of new games not setup yet with no coin slots and ticket printers. It appears they are going TITO this week! I'm sure by Friday all the coin games will be gone and off to the wholesale guy. I didnt know you could get some of the newer games they had in coin versions! Next door at Circus Circus they still have that section of Bally 1980's $1 machines.
Title: Re: Slots of Fun going TITO this week Post by: knagl on July 22, 2009, 06:22:43 AM It might be related to what I recently read on a different site, that Slots-A-Fun and Circus Circus are about to merge into one gaming operation run by Circus Circus. They're both already owned by MGM, but the word was that even the Slots-A-Fun dollar tokens and felts had been removed from the blackjack tables in favor of the Circus Circus brand.
