I have a 27K7502 monitor that is dark only on the left side. I've done a cap-kit, and even swapped the flyback with a spare with no change. Is there something else I should be looking for? If I turn up the screen control the text is barely visible under the black, but it's there... Thanks in advance, this thing is killing me! I see reference to this exact problem in some of the Randy Fromm flowcharts, all referencing specific caps as being the culprit but I don't have a flowchart for the k7500 to see what it says on the subject... Post by: bravosavo on October 15, 2010, 02:39:03 AM You need to re-check the looped black wire that goes through the flyback ferrite core.You looped it the wrong way.That's all what you need to do.
