They're so old they have mold on them! :72- :72- I don't have any information on any of those chips, but I would strongly suggest replacing them with newer versions unless there is a compelling reason not to do so. SP650 or SP688 will work as a type 3 Volcano, although I would recommend SP874 or better still, SP1012 or SP1312, all of which are type 3/6.
