Title: Quarter Pusher?
Post by: pierce on August 25, 2009, 08:49:23 PM
first off, excuse me if this is posted in the wrong board. i am new here. at least to posting anyway.
i have a small video game route in SC and now looking to retire to Florida.  does anyone here know the laws in FL concerning these machines. all i can find (via google) is a Texas "candy option" which obviously does me no good in FL. any help would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome pierce to the best site there is on home game rooms. A few here are from Florida too. Here are the Florida laws on owning gaming items. Some laws are not very clear as with other states, so local officials can interrupt it the way they want.
