Title: Bally E series I/O board question Post by: rbatch on August 26, 2009, 11:49:05 AM :59-
I have just got a Ballys E-1088 series slot machine. The solenoid for the arm is always engaged as soon as the unit plugs in. I have swapped the triac with a known good one and it still is activated. Is there a free play switch that I am not aware of that is activating the arm solenoid. Can someone tell me if there is a schematic for the I/O board posted that I can use to trouble shoot the board Thanks Rodney :59- Title: Re: Bally E series I/O board question Post by: Tomba on August 26, 2009, 01:35:26 PM I will check if I still have those schematics. Used to work on those E1000 and E2000 long time ago but forgot most of it (used to have the schematics drawn in my mind).

So how did it go? You up & running? Title: Re: Bally E series I/O board question Post by: rbatch on September 04, 2009, 10:42:09 AM Yes traced it back and replaced the chip and up and going. Still would love to have a set of schematics for the machine.
Thanks to all that responded. Title: Re: Bally E series I/O board question Post by: MarkInAz on September 04, 2009, 01:27:45 PM :172-
