I am in trouble at WBA13ss Ticket in with GK+, All us dollars are OK in test and real mode. the firmware is support TITO (V37032 ID024). It ejects ticket all the time.Some guys said the upper sensor error but I don't believe that. Can anyone help me please ? I change WBA13ss to UBA10ss then It is OK for TI. It's not used for validating money so the dollar test would still work.
