Title: DBV communitcation cable to the stacker Post by: Mdpokersupply on September 16, 2009, 09:36:04 AM Does anyone have a comm cable that goes from the right side of the validator (looking at the front) to the stacker? I have one with a broken wire and figure it's probably just cheaper to find a good used one then try to repair this one (it's broke at the connector).
Thanks everyone! Title: Re: DBV communitcation cable to the stacker Post by: Mdpokersupply on September 17, 2009, 08:11:02 AM Nobody has a spare cable they are willing to part with?

Hey! why don't you send it to me.. I'll fix it for ya! :89- if you would have done that on sept.16th, you would of had it back and working by now!... I'm only 12 hours drive north of you... or an overnighter package? Post a pic of the broken wire and a good high def. close up shot of the pins... you might be able to pull it out and re-crimp it! If not, a touch of hot solder will do the trick! Title: Re: DBV communitcation cable to the stacker Post by: blueridgeslots on September 26, 2009, 02:34:03 AM I know a place that has new ones

Sometimes it works too!.... :96- Title: Re: DBV communitcation cable to the stacker Post by: Foster on September 26, 2009, 03:00:25 AM That is what I was thinking.
My trick until I can get a replacement pin or new harness is to strip the broken wire and slip it into the connector where it broke from and a small drop of CA to tack the wire's insulation to the connector and being careful if I have to unplug that connector.
