When I opened it I said what the **** this want work. But it works very well. It is a thin plastic keypad with plastic bubble buttons that have been remarked its just like the one on ebay. I don't think I will wear mine out. Cause I want use it everyday and it comes with all the info. To program. Hope this helps let me know if you need anything else.
