Title: Anyone familiar with the Reno area?
Post by: MrBellMan on October 08, 2009, 11:59:47 PM
My wife and I are going to Reno this weekend and I was wondering if someone knows where I may be able to pick up some slot stands and stools? I'm basically looking for a store front that sells machines, parts, etc... as I'm not sure the hotel/casinos will sell to the public.

Thanks,

Rob

I'm somewhat familiar with the area and I've never seen nor heard of a store that deals retail slot machines there.

Well, that sucks!  LOL!

I guess I will have to see if I can get some casino(s) to "kick down" some stuff...

Well,

I am from the Reno Sparks/Tahoe area, and I must say that BRICHTER hit the nail right on the head unfortunately!  :8-

Have fun while you are there... Make sure to check out Lake Tahoe if you have a chance! If you have any questions before you go, just ask!

:95- I saw you typing and thought that you were going to pull a jewel out of your hat. I'm surprised and disappointed to hear that. :60-

First, if it was a jewel that I was going to pull out, don't you think that I would NOT want to give up my secret retail store full of goodies???  :79- :97- :97- :97-

Second, you know I was just in Reno for nearly a month..... If I knew of such a hidden gem, don't you think that I would have bought up all of their inventory, and they would not be able to recover by now???  :96- :96- :96- :72- :72- :72-

What can I say.. People in Reno can go to the casinos all they want, why would they want it in their house too? Forgive me if I am unaware of any Reno or Sparks members on here!!!  :103-

Just Kidding of course!!! I would tell if I knew of something!  :89-

Post a "Wanted to buy..." add on the Reno Craigslist site...maybe you can find someone local to Reno that deals in slot parts...
