No,  They are to activate the "hootie rings" pre-installed in some special games.-- :208-  Thanks B.

They are NOT TO BE MESSED WITH that is what they are for, but still I am sure many will still try and see if they make different sounds and such by moving them and then when they don't work will say I must have got a bad one!

Well,  The dips may have to be secured some kinda way via super glue or something because if they can be switched surely someone will try to activate their "hootie".  - :97- :103-.  Last post on this unless it is just off the chain and I cannot resist.  Thanks B.

I have a couple of questions...
On the sound simm cards that goes onto the multimedia board,
what would be the DSV # for a Double Diamond Haywire?
And what is the DSV # for the 3CM Tabasco game?

DD Haywire uses the generic DSV00042, Tabasco is DSV00022.

You will have to turn on the Haywire option in the sound menu

If you need the simms I hear they are available, pics for your viewing pleasure

Stout, if they sound as good as they look, you'll want two  :184-: one for each ear. :47-

The DIP switches are used when flashing them.  They are OFF when using them in a game.  Any other combination besides all OFF results in no sound.  End of mystery.

Ruden, thanks for the news flash. :96- It's good to know, as I'm sure that someone around here will decide to try and flash their own SIMMs one of these days. :79-
With this crowd, it's only a matter of time and determination. <ADD in response to Stout's post below> and  :148-

I was cleaning out my garage saturday aftrernoon and
was picking up around my tool bench...
look what I found.... :25- :25- :25-

It fell out from behind a small speaker cabinet that
plays music while I putter around in the garage.

It's amazing...a couple of weeks ago...
I literally scoured the house and garage looking for this bloody thing!
