Title: igt ariistocrate reel motor noise: fix Post by: bob in phx on October 18, 2009, 04:34:29 AM The reel stop motor and associated gears were very noisy on my IGT Aristrocrat. The fix was to shim the top and bottom of the gears, so they are tight, in the up and down motion on their shafts. I also lubed up the gear faces with Moly grease (lightly). Now the reel motor is almost silent, where as before, they drowned out the sound card!!!
