From what I can tell, it is "Jackpot Bonus Bars" 2cm, 64 stop 92.50%

The payouts look like this, but I don't know what symbols are used:

1 Coin2 Coins
4001000
200500
100200
80160
70140
60120
50100
4080
3060
2040
1020
510
24

Okay, this is one STRANGE game.  :103-
I got curious and decided to dig deeper into the data that I have.
I don't know what the actual symbols are, but I do know the payouts, and they are weird. :5-  :60-

Estimate of the probable symbols:

1   ~~ (blank)
2   ch
3   1B
4   2B
5   3B
6   B7
7   R7

Awards:

R7   R7   R7           400   1000
B7   B7   B7           200   500

A7   A7   A7          100   200

3B   3B   3B           80   160
2B   2B   2B           70   140
1B   1B   1B           60   120

[Now here is where it gets weird!]

3B   2B   3B           50   100      Pair of 3B’s & AB w/3B on reel 1
3B   3B   2B           50   100
3B   1B   3B           50   100
3B   3B   1B           50   100

2B   3B   2B           40   80      Pair 2B’s & AB w/2B on reel 1
2B   2B   3B           40   80
2B   1B   2B           40   80
2B   2B   1B           40   80

1B   3B   1B           30   60      Pair 1B’s & AB w/1B on reel 1
1B   1B   3B           30   60
1B   2B   1B           30   60
1B   1B   2B           30   60

3B   2B   2B           20   40      AB + Pair of matched bars on reels 2 & 3
3B   1B   1B           20   40
2B   3B   3B           20   40
2B   1B   1B           20   40
1B   3B   3B           20   40
1B   2B   2B           20   40

Three different
bars                      10   20

[Back to normal for the cheap pays...]  :96-

ch   ch   ch            10   20

Any Two ch           5     10
Any One ch            2      4

-----------------------------------

Even if the symbols turn out to be different, the payout combos are correct.

The physical strips appear to be ABC.

Again, I'm using my arbitrary symbol estimates here:

Physical Strips
~~   ~~   ~~
3B    2B    2B
~~   ~~   ~~
1B    3B    B7
~~   ~~   ~~
R7    B7    CH
~~   ~~   ~~
2B    CH    3B
~~   ~~   ~~
1B    2B    1B
~~   ~~   ~~
B7    R7    R7
~~   ~~   ~~
CH    2B    CH
~~   ~~   ~~
R7    3B    3B
~~   ~~   ~~
3B    2B    1B
~~   ~~   ~~
B7    B7    3B
~~   ~~   ~~
1B    1B    1B

It must be a Type 0. There are only seven unique symbols, including the blank, therefore there are not enough symbols for a haywire-type game. It does not have any nudges or a respin symbol, and it is definitely a 2cm game with no wild or multiplier symbols. Since the top two symbols interact with one another, but not with any other symbols, I concluded that they were sevens of some kind. I made an arbitrary decision to call the top symbol a red seven and the second symbol a blue seven -- it seemed fitting. :96-

I have no PAR sheet, unless I take the final step of creating my own. :79- There is no way to know what the paytable classification is. I'd love to see an award glass to see how they displayed those bar payouts. :199- :91-
