Hopefully someone out there can help me out. I bought an I game slot machine and have changed out the games several times with no problems. I purchased some software Keno/ 4 card Keno numerous draw poker type games, slots etc. and installed it. I played the games for awhile and decided to change back to one of my others. The game seems to install okay but there is an error message that comes up that says Call Attendant/Bill validator comm failure/Options verification required which makes the machine unusable. How can I get that cleared? Also I am looking for the glass for the Wild Bear Salmon Run game. Thanks! Set all tilts to "No Tilt" or "Soft Tilt" from bill validator options. This helped me for my games. Antti |
