Title: WBA BV to Accept USD Post by: GlobalBrett on December 04, 2009, 11:29:04 AM Gents, I have WBA heads with code WBA-23-SS and CAN-522-03-009. I have been getting varied info out of JCM about what version can and cannot accept USD. Can anyone tell me if these are able to be re-programmed to accept USD or not.
Title: Re: WBA BV to Accept USD Post by: blueridgeslots on December 04, 2009, 03:25:19 PM WBA-23 Heads will not accept US Currency, the 23 is a Optical Head and the US requires a Magnetic Head, you need a WBA 10,11, 12 or 13 marked Head, no problem, we have them and will buy your WBA-23 Heads, then all you have to do is change the Software in the Transport, if a WBA-23 Transport it is just an Eprom change and then recalibrate the new Head and Transport, the Head does not store the Software on a WBA, it just reads the Bill

I have 12 heads of the 23-SS for Canada mentioned. The remainder of the 34 that I have are between 21,23 and 25, but I am not sure of the actual country codes on them.
