Title: Game manual downloads for 8 & 9 liners
Post by: waynelk on December 12, 2009, 10:24:53 AM
Came across these web sites while researching 6 machines for sale in my area. New to this so not sure if this is of any use to anyone but here is a link if you want to check it out. They have the downloadable PDF Manuals. Looks like you can use VGA or computer monitors with their boards.

Just a thought for the moderators ??  :131- :131- :131- :131-  when it comes to cherry masters --8-liners etc

why not make ONE thread --group --catagory --etc etc so folks that want info just hit cherry masters and they get
CHERRY MASTERS & DOWNLOAD MANUAL LINKS ETC --PICTURES --
THE ALWAYS DRIFTING SIDE TALK LOL

IT WOULD BE ALOT EASIER THAN TO GO  FROM CHERRY MASTER DOWNLOADS --THEN TO CHERRY MASTER --OR 8 LINERS
IF ALL WERE IN ONE SPOT CHERRY MASTER/8-LINERS

THEY ARE ALL THE SAME ANIMAL .. JUST A THOUGHT  :103- :103- :103- :103-

From ham Radios to Ham Sandwiches......   :96-  Wecome to the site.

You will find that there are people with knowledge of those as well as many other types of games.  I believe Rocket was heavy into Concords .

Thanks,
Wayne

hi MIKE ,
welcome aboard the love boat ..  :72- :72- :72- :72-

there is a entire thread on the JVL CONCORDE 1 & II I did that should solve amost any problem you have .plus i sent a reply to your PM

the concorde 1 & concorde 2 CANNOT BE UPDATED !! PERIOD

IT'S  TO OLD A TECHNOLOGY 1996 --YOU NEED A CONQUEST SERIES 3----8
WITH THE JP-10 FLASH MEMORY BOARD & >>>>>CORRECT CD-WITH  MATCHED CODEC BUTTON <<<<& ADD RAM TO THE MACHINES TO UPDATE THEM .

as mentioned many times by me !! the Concorde 2 is a under rated machine --I still have 6 out on rte ..

you also can run 3m touch screens & "ELO" touchscreens on series 1 & 2

after that you must run 3M TOUCH SCREENS -

JVL was to cheap to install drivers for the "ELO" or just made a deal with 3M TO BUY FROM THEM ONLY ..

late models of JVL  AFTER SERIES 8 --IN THE 9-10-11 AREA -somene told me they went back to "ELO" T/S that are far sperior than 3m products

if you have one with a bad monitor or touch screen ?? easy trick is buy a counter top touch screen used  15-inch --19"-inch
then  just place countertop model on floor -behind the bar etc and run longer VGA CABLES TO IT &  9-PIN DB-9 CABLE FOR TOUCH SCREEN AND OFF YOU GO ..

:37- I am having a hard time finding a manual for a game by wing, called Lucky 8 Lines. From the research I have been doing, though, it appears to be the same thing as the cherry master. Am I correct on this? Does anyone have any ideas as to the fact if I could use the cherry master manual to check all the settings on the Lucky 8 lines?  I was reading also not to flip the toggle switch while it is on, but I believe the people I got it from, stated they had done just that.  Well, anyway, glad to become a member of this forum, and appreciate what you guys do.  The only other slot machines I have ever worked on were antique ones I had, the bursting cherries, and the war eagle (approx. 1938), and I think they were easier to work on than more modern ones.  I can't get any sound, and can't get the coins to register.  Well, thank you in advance for any input I can get.  Thank you again, Beverly Wells
