It is always a pleasure to be the happy owner of a nice conversion kit, however not having the programs is very stressing.

If anyone could tell me the SMI number of this game, it would help me.

I've had a look at the list and I've not found anything that coul match that game.

I'm sure that is called five and ten times, however the top payouts, and only those, differ with my records.  Mine shows 12500 for the top awards (could be wrong but I doubt it).  

I couldn't find the psr sheet for these but the nembers for the one with 12500 top award are:
