The VLC on ebay is an upright, the one have is a sit down, the monitors and Touch screen are different. The upright uses a bonded touch screen which means that the touch screen is epoxied to the CRT very hard to replace. The sit down game the touch screen is mounted to the main door hatch, very easy to replace. I do have a couple of touch screen controllers for sale $25 each. If you have another one available (you mentioned you have a couple), I just e-mailed a guy who I know has a VLC slant top (with the touchscreen mounted in the hatch) that the touchscreen isn't working. I only have the one left, they very rarely go bad, the slant tops are really prone to collecting the dust under the top that surrounds the touch screen. this can be fixed by (with game turned off) removing the nuts on the bottom (under the hatch) and removing the bezel, and cleaning the touch screen with Windex or similar glass cleaner then put the bezel back on be very careful not to over tighten the nuts or you could crack the touch screen. then power the game back up and recalibrate the touch screen.
