Title: Re: W VA tristate Post by: reho33 on January 13, 2010, 01:17:54 AM Slotsteve where are you in Roanoke area?
Title: Re: W VA tristate Post by: stayouttadabunker on January 13, 2010, 03:36:01 AM That place is probably a real rip off joint...a "racino"...you couldn't have picked a better place to lose money!
The state clamors for a huge take of the pie and the machines are set at the worse possible percentages possible. Looks like a lotta room to park my litte red subaru...NAH!!!!! :72- Thanks for letting us know where NOT TO GO! This could very well turn into a thread about the most rotten places you should not Title: Re: W VA tristate Post by: OhioGaming on January 13, 2010, 07:20:57 AM Wished I had know you were going to be that close.
Title: Re: W VA tristate Post by: StatFreak on January 13, 2010, 10:14:39 AM It sounds like you would have been better off visiting OhioGaming and spending your money on a slot to bring home instead. :71-
Title: Re: W VA tristate Post by: slotsteve on January 13, 2010, 11:20:40 AM We live 80 miles s w of roanoke it was not a fun trip w va turnpike is a joke it cost us 12 bucks to dodge potholes , I would say the might have been 50 people in the casino at noon when we got there maybe 75 when we left
Title: Re: W VA tristate Post by: reho33 on January 13, 2010, 01:40:47 PM What a trip. Well, I can honestly say that I never hated any casino I went to, dislikeed, inconvenient, yes. But never vowed to never go back
Title: Re: W VA tristate Post by: daddy2yea on January 13, 2010, 11:30:17 PM We Stop in tristate on the way back from picking up two machines (one slot , one video poker) from Ron of Samronslots.com in Kentucky. Just like slotsteve said there was only a few people in the place and the machines did seem tight. It was kinda ironic that we were there playing slot machines when we had two Slot machines in the van. Anyway slotsteve have you tried Charles Town Races and Slots In Charles Town, WV. I can tell you its very nice. The Buffet is great and in the back they had an IGT Double Triple Diamond Deluxe with Cheese :3- Mike
