Title: Bv200 swapped out

Just received a bv 200 swwapped out the 145 and presto up and working takes bills all 4 ways accept wont take   any  singles   I read somewhere that some states machines wouldnt take singles  I think Jersy  .  Is this something that I can fix or is that the way the Validator is programmed  within the eprom.  Thanks ArtD

It's in the DBV chip...
Your machine doesn't know if it's at the bottom of the Pacific Ocean or on top of Mount Everest... :72-

Was Just looking at a manual for  the 200 and shows dip settings for the bills to be accepted  Ill have to take a look at those or are you saying there is no way to get it to accept bills with the current chip.    I under stand my macine doesnt know where it is I meant to say it was programmed no to accept singles in some states

I found that page  before and found dips 1+9 were on so I a flipped switch 1 and left nine alone which according to the manual is for ID 023 + SDS coupon.  Does that have something to do with accepting printed tickets?     Validator is now accepting all bills.   Thanks
