Title: Need help for a WMS bluebird slanttop
Post by: BALLIGATOR1973 on January 23, 2010, 07:48:25 PM
 Hi,

The machine  ( Neptune's Kingdom)worked properly. A few days later when I put it on, the screen got blue and nothing else. No sound, nothing on screen. Only 2 red lights are lit on the mother board. I unplugged and plugged again the cable that comes from the board and goes to the monitor but nothing happens.

While the machine was off, I pulled the board out, took the 2 cards out and put them back. I put the board back but same result.

Would the monitor light if the power supply was dead?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks...

Check which lights are lit, there should be 5 which are off the ATX style PS and the 24V PS which is a standalone.   Sounds like the 12V is there but 5V or 3.3V might be missing

24V (button panel lights and printer)
15V (Bose AMP Power) Some older boards are marked as 24V but it's a mistake (some have a sticker on it to say 15V, all blue ROHS boards say 15V)
12V (Should be there as you said your monitor has power)
5V (If missing there will be no booting)
3.3V (same as above)
