Does anybody have ANY info on this old RCA part??? I need some info on pinout and supply voltage ( will it read out on 5V) A datasheet would be VERY nice Title: Re: Info / datasheet on CDP1834D ROM Post by: channelmaniac on February 08, 2010, 03:57:10 PM Many of those old 1800 series parts will run from a wide range of power supply voltages, from 4 to 10 volts. +5 should be fine.
There are pinouts available for the 1833 on the web, but I can't find squat on the 1834. Hopefully they are close enough, but if they aren't, it should be easy to find the power, ground, data, and address lines. The harder part will be figuring out the various control lines and a possible clock line.
