Post by: Op-Bell on February 20, 2010, 05:02:50 AM I think I may have the oldest. Here's my 1923 "Owl" Operator's Bell the day it arrived in my workshop. It's in pieces at the moment, being restored. It still has the original reel strips and some of its original paint.

i have very little info on them, but they still work hope you guys like them. Title: Re: Show us your Oldest slots! Post by: vic147 on June 10, 2012, 06:22:39 PM And here is another, which has been converted for entertainment use only, but the inside mechanism is complete.
i was wondering i it could be restored to a usefull slot machine. Title: Re: Show us your Oldest slots! Post by: stayouttadabunker on June 10, 2012, 11:10:03 PM I'm sure they can be fully restored but I would suggest that you'd do it yourself -
as anyone else would probably charge a bundle to do. TLC Tender Loving Care is the ONLY way to treat those babies! :89- Thanks for showing us! Can you imagine the impossibility of finding any parts for those? WOW! Title: Re: Show us your Oldest slots! Post by: Amachanic on June 11, 2012, 12:55:07 AM I picked up this 1934 Mills Castle Front about 2 years ago now.. It had need in storage and not played for 45 yrs.. The newest dime inside of it was from 1965, and the oldest one was from 1934. They had emptied the coin box, but the pay tube was full of silvers dimes :72- paid $800 for the slot and it had $200 of silver in it.. The slot is 100% original...
