Title: Anyone heard from Jim at Blue Ridge?
Post by: delma on February 26, 2010, 05:59:36 PM
Dear NLG Friends,

I've been trying to reach Jim at Blue Ridge at his office number, cell phone number and email to no avail for two days.  This is very unusual.......he is very prompt in returning calls and emails.  Any body seen or heard from Jim?  I hope all is well with him.

I was talking to him about some slant kits and he said he had been sick and if I wanted them, I better get them while he was still living.
I told him I hoped he was joking but I have not heard from him since.
I think the snow down there was giving him hell as well.

I am hoping that all is well with him and that he is just taking a well deserved break to recharge and recondition his batteries!!! :89- :89- :89-

I know that unloading a truck of machines is a Bitch!! The nasty weather :215- :217- :216- :218- :243- makes it even worse! I have had to do it in the other extreme on a LONG scorching :38- :38- :38- :159- :159- :159- Vegas day!!!

Jim....... Have your Nurse :141- type a message letting us know you are still alive!  :200-

Actually met him last Saturday.  There was very little room in his warehouse to move around due to an abundance of machine that had just came in. Im sure he is very busy with those.  I also sent him a message this morning but have not heard back yet.

I think jim is and will be ok.  He is too damn mean and tough to drop out on us now---Just like his powerstroke vehicles he uses.  I did talk to him as well about 4 or 5 days ago and he mentioned hospital and that some blood clots were flaring up.  He had thought from possiblly trying to move a bunch of Heavy machines by himself contributed to it I think.  Anyway My best wishes as well.  Barry.

Jim has been extremely busy all week and especially the last 2 days/nights.  He will need some rest today for sure.  I would give him a day or 2 to recover, but knowing him we'll hear from him tomorrow.  You can't keep a good man down...

Well I finally woke up but wish I wouldn't have, thanks for all the well wishes and thoughts, but it seems I can't make a few people happy so I will be taking a break, don't take my absence as anything personal, just can't get any work done with several hours of phone calls about broken machines that come from others and if I get the problem right I get a thanks (hopefully) if not I am a dumbass and don't know Sheeet, so one can only take so many months of this, I will be liquidating over 1000 machines and  10 45-53 foot trailer loads of parts over the next several months as I get the few bigger deals I have going straightened out and then move on to better things, I hope I have helped a few more than I have pissed off here, later

As a small time home slot owner I sure appreciate the time you took over the phone for me and the great service on the few items I purchased. I have donated to this site because of your help. Thanks.
