Title: DBV Issue Post by: idylewild1 on October 20, 2008, 03:17:30 PM I did the ram clear and set the DBV and it now sets up and the light comes on. However, it will not accept a bill. On the configuration page there is a bill hopper configuration just below the bill acceptor option. When I cycle through these options with the key switch it bypasses the bill hopper option and won't allow it to be changed. At this time it says bill hopper disabled. Any help or advise will be appreciated.
Title: Re: DBV Issue Post by: BENCHTECHBILL on November 26, 2008, 03:43:46 AM It sounds like you selected the wrong BV. What do you have in the game DBV200 or WBA? If your bv has a cash box the money is stacked in you will have to ram clear it again and enable the hopper.
Title: Re: DBV Issue Post by: dansgames on November 29, 2008, 06:59:16 AM Is the word DEMO displayed in the upper left hand position on the screen if not open the door and turn reset key, under diagnostics press memory test then press the EE prom Checksum what does it say next to the bill acceptor ?? What did you have to do to get the communication error cleared ??
