I highly doubt they are doing anything at all with 550s now that the Bluebirds are the platform in use.  With some modiifications to your 550 cabinet you can run some (maybe all) of the bluebird games.

There's no longer any new titles developed for the legacy 55x/36x platform.  In fact WMS has officially stopped support for that platform.  If you need more games for your cabinet, you would need to upgrade to a CPUNXT board.  It will run 99% of games that DO NOT have either progressive, or SPN Hardware (Extra Bet button present in certain games like Hot Hot Penny, etc).

Was looking at WMS web site, and saw that Airplane! will soon be coming to the Bluebird Platform. Looks great, and can't wait to play it, hope it is half as fun as the movie was.

Wow, thats a pretty old title. Must be easier and cheaper to get the licensing then. You would think they would try to be more current or get themes that have a longer lifespan like their Star Trek & Wizard of Oz.

Airplane is already on the casino floors. Going to Vegas in a couple weeks. Can't wait to try it.

You'd think they'd go with newer titles like "Dragnet" and "The Man From U.N.C.L.E" lol

Star Trek and Wizard of Oz must at least 40 yrs old?? :103-

Newer titles I think would be perhaps "CSI" or maybe something like "American Idol"?
I don't think we will ever, ever see a video gaming machine with the title "Desperate Housewives"  :72-

Hey! The Wizard of Oz was 30 years old when Star Trek was a baby!  :72- :72- :72- :72-

Serious fact  :214-: Judy Garland passed away barely three weeks after the last Star Trek TOS first run episode aired.
