can i clear credits on a s+ triple red white and blue???

Yes, you need the proper Clear chip for your machine. Look in the bible to see what chips correspond.

two ways that I am aware of!
1= push the cash out button and refill the hopper as needed.
2= clear the machine! you need a clear chip to do this ( again I am aware of only one clear chip )  the issue is : when you clear the machine, If you have a bill acceptor it will disable it and you will need another chip (set chip) to enable the bill acceptor and set the type denomination.

your choice, probably easier to refill the hopper, IMO

It's much, much easier to just cash out the credits on the machine, refilling the hopper multiple times if needed.  Once you've done that, we can help you set up your machine so that it's not possible to rack up a ton of credits in the future (but that can't be done with credits on the machine).

A clear chip is a last resort, and is not the recommended solution for this issue for a beginner.   :71-

actually i found it easier setten my s plus when i hit the cash out button the bell starts ringing and i use  the key to reset the machine and the credits dissapear...

Yes, and I agree with you Staz.
However, the member's problem is that he didn't set his options
that way to begin with and now he has to remove all the
accumulated credits either by hopper or clear clip.
Once, his credits are totally removed, he may be able to get into
the options and do the proper configurations as you mentioned.

I put the set denom chip in for the bill acceptor and they went away... less of a process to go thru than the clear chip.. Just my 2 cents..

how do these machines store their data?, can quickly shorting an on board battery clear the ram?

just an idea (used to clear ram on uk fruit machines this way)

changing the reel chip to another one will also clear the credits.
