Title: Saferam failure Post by: william on March 29, 2010, 02:15:24 AM :99- My Game Maker runs great as long as I don't turn it off.Every time I turn it off, then back on,it reverts back to the message "Saferam failure 1 & 2 ".Then I have to program it all over again .I don't really want to leave it on 247.

Title: Re: Saferam failure Post by: william on April 01, 2010, 05:57:54 PM I checked the battery and it was OK.But I had this problem before and it turned out to be the solder job was bad.So .I wasn't sure but it seemed that the meter needle was jumping around alot.I'm new to using one so I wasn't sure if this was normal or not.So I tested another battery and the neddle didn't jump around . I've only practiced soldering a few things in my time but figured I can't do any worse then the person I had solder it before .And sure enough, my solder job did the trick. Thanks again for your help. This site is so helpful.
