Looks like an IGT S2000 5 line 12x pay slant top to me.  

i thought it maybe that, but just wanted to double check

do you want to buy one ?? ( 12 x pay game ) or just figure out what actual game it is ??

To be frank .. I don't get the jist of your post.

He asked what "type of machine" it was .. you are dead on right that it is a "5-line 12 x pay" .. game.

With the "This machine pays ..... ......" insert being centered on the glass would give the indication that the machine is a slant top. Since there is no coin entry there would also give the impression it is a slant top.

To me it seems like the buttons are very close to the reel glass for the slant top machines that I have seen.

picture came from a customer, but made it sound like it was more then a 12x pay, i sent a pic of the machine and they said no. so that's why i'm confused. that is the only pic they supplied. so thats why i posted it thinking there was something else i'm missing.


p.s. the pic i guess was taken in the casino when he hit that.

It is from a slant top machine like Tilt said. I went and checked and the buttons on the S2000 are closer to the glass than I remembered.
