Has anyone ordered manuals from them?  I see they have the manual for my VLC 8825 Winning Touch.  If you have, was it worth it?

One of their techs (Karsten) is a member of this site.  He's a nice guy.  I know that some members here have, however, had less than stellar experiences with that company.

I have the 8724 manual.  In my opinion, the manual is only "fair" at best -- the explanations of error codes and whatnot isn't that great, and the solution to most of the problems in the manual is "replace the part" -- easier said than done in 2010.  I don't know if the 88xx manual contains better information, though.

Before you go and spend $$ on a manual for your boat anchor VLC, is there a specific problem you're having with your machine that we can perhaps help you with (for free!)?
