I cant get the reel stop sound , [PING} to work when the stars symbol lands on the payline , first reel, or subsequenty eny other reel, I need help, I've read some great posts with other sound related problems with only having one speaker working with a hum coming from the other one, so I rigged it by splicing the wires from the left channel to both speakers but also tried to listen to the right channel for sound and got nothing. Maybe  I am stuck in mono mode, Im not sure how to change the machine to stereo if thats the problem, Please help me anyone. Thanks joe

press the white button on your board tray once then press cash out twice till you see "OPTIONs" press "SPIN" then "CASH OUT" till you reach 3.2 "SOUND OPTIONS" to  access and adjust the reel spin and stop sounds.

First off, does your machine have Multimedia II Sound card in it with a 42 simm in it.  If not you will only get Mono out of your machine and no ping sounds.

thank you everyone for the help, I've gone trough the menus and when is comes to the reel stop sound is doens't say on or off is says something about the board I think. Im not sure what to do

when I go through the menus and to the reel stop sound menu, there is 2 options , Solenoid and NO sound. Im not sure how to get it into stereo and or what or where the solenoid would be. I do get the ping sounds when I go through the sound test.
