Title: Riverbelle21 Dotmation Whomp up
Post by: cfh on October 31, 2008, 07:33:54 PM
Again had this game, thought it was cool, but was missing
the belly glass. Had the original top glass and reel strips.
So dave let me borrow his belly glass, i scanned it, cleaned
it up in photoshop, and had it re-printed at a local sign shop.
Came out pretty good!  Game looks a lot better with a
proper belly glass than nothing.

Very nice -- thanks for sharing the pictures!

If you don't mind me asking, how much did the sign shop charge to re-make the glass?  Does it look good in person?

That's an interesting game. It appears to be a two-coin multiplier with a third coin BAP option that increases the on-screen bonus multiplier, but the second coin also has a BAP component as it also increases the multiplier values. Thanks for sharing. :3- :89-

Yea i like the game. though it doesn't have a bonus round,
the idea of playing a slot and playing backjack is kind of
interesting.

I'm guessing that you don't get to hit your blackjack hands and are just shown a two-card "pat" hand.
Allowing the player to hit would make the payout percentage much more difficult to control and they didn't have slots that sophisticated back then (I mean with regards to having bonus rounds that could be really affected by the player).

Still, it looks like it would be a nice game to have.
