5 is OFF the rest are ON Jumpers Make sure JW8 and JW9 are in the 2-3 position Make sure the U24 chip is removed from the board. Do a Full Clear after making these changes. After that go into the 11-d settings to do your set up and make sure : 7=1 2=4 If that doesn't work you have other problems. Unfortunately, the Monte Carlos must use 2006 Mains or newer and thus you must use hand pay or pay in coins only on these. The hand pay / jackpot music on these is really nice anyway...I like the hand pay in this case. Not sure exactly what U-24 is for, just know it needs to be removed on these machines.
