Title: Going to do some "research" in Las Vegas!!
Post by: eis_slots on June 08, 2010, 07:44:31 PM
Getting excited I will be in Las Vegas in six days to do "research" on slot machines and some table games! Going to see if it has changed in six months, that they still take your money and dont give anything back.  :208-

it's a very simple procedure.

Just tell them you are not a U.S. citizen. They will put you up in a hotel, food & room service, transportation, & best of all a free cash to study you Gambling Project.
You will be able to meet others like yourself who share the same interests & you may be able to catch a ride home with them..
When the project is over, I assume you will be there several months, they will provide you with transportation home, at no cost to you.
Please remember this program won't last forever, it just seems like it never ends,

Oh, as they say in Vegas,
GOOD LUCK

Sorry to hear that.
They are supposedly trying to get customers onto other airlines. Is there any chance that you'll get a replacement flight?

P.S. I just read your post in the other thread. Is there any chance that you could buy a ticket for Tuesday and negotiate with the hotel? They might be very flexible considering the situation.

Post by: eis_slots on June 13, 2010, 06:22:58 AM
hey stat.....yea after being on hold for one hour they couldn't help me with another flight, just refund my money which i wont get till Tuesday. as far as going a day or two later, i can't the people I'm going with cant switch there vacation. the only option is checking to see if i can borrow my dads credit card if he has a $1000 open to replace the tickets and pay him back when i get back. i found a flight that would cost an extra $300/ $150 each so we'll see if that can happen.

if not i think we are going to go to Casino Niagara Hilton as it's just a 5 hour drive for us. I hear it's nice, but never been there.

so frustrating!

Sorry to hear that your slot play didn't turn out well. It always seems that we win at home and lose in the casinos. Of course, those 99% chips we install help a little. :5-
At least you had some beautiful surroundings to enjoy and to help you relieve the stress of work.

Don't play your slots at home for a while -- you KNOW that you'll end up hitting a jackpot if you do!  :8- :37-  Of course, we have a thread for those, too; it's just not as cool as winning real money.  :56-

I don't think the machines at the casino will know whether you did well or poorly on your home machines prior to arriving at the casino.   :89-

Fallsview is about an hour from me, The area is beautiful and their slots are similar percentages to others around.  There is also Casino Niagara just down the road or Seneca Niagara casino across the border.

Thanks,
Wayne

Seneca Niagara has giant crab legs in their buffet, along with a good selection of food.  I like Fallsview, and their buffet is pretty good with excellent beef.  I don't smoke so I prefer the fallsview, but there are a lot of nice machines at Seneca.

Thanks,
Wayne

ohhhh crab legs are a weakness of mine  :79-  :79-. Yea it was nice being smoke free as I stopped in Erie Pa at the casino which wasn't and it seemed like every machine i was playing i would have a chain smoker sit next to me and after 5min I couldn't see the machine in front of me lol. then when I leave I smell like a cigarette lol.

P.S. I AM NOT HATING ON SMOKERS PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME HATE MAIL  :30-   :30-  :208-
