Anyone remember a game where the bonus round was a guy who moved forward a few steps - you could get bags of gold or fall in traps.      It was similar to gauntlet.   I can't for the life of me remember what title it was.

It was similar to pitfall but you moved from the bottom of the screen to the top. 

I don't even know if it was IGT or not.

This is a regular video slot.   I think if I remember correctly it was an IGT AVP game.     

Denver Duck has something similar when you get to the room with the Golden Egg. It's like the 3rd Indiana Jones movie where he had to step on the correct brick or you would fall through the floor.

If I remember correctly you pick chests and that determines where the guy moves.

I think Beach Comber has some bonus where you pick chests?.

Sounds like the bonus for Dragons Gold. Pick tiles on the stairs to get to the top and win the chest.

I watched that bonus -  It's similar to that but it's not the game I'm thinking of.     Man I really wish I could remember what it was.  It's just like denver duck at the end of the bonus. 

There were three colors red green and blue.  Maybe it was a zombie theme.

I had never heard of Denver Duck until Munch posted those videos. Now it's on my wish list.  :185- :71-

It may not even be an IGT I went through the entire catalog and nothing looked familiar.

I think I like wms titles 2 to 1 over igt for the video games

Do I get a prize? :97- , wms has some great games but 3k for a bluebird is still high , but games are cheaper, We still love those I games maybe it because we still have a 100 of them ,90%of them lock/rolls, we went to harrahs 2 weeks ago all the lock and rolls were get good action, some of the new games were dead, they  made a lot more 2 n 5 cent games from the older penny games , I did real well on john wayne put in 40 took out 600  it was a 2 cent x 150 credits but it was good

If I could get one for 3K I'd buy it tonight.   There hovering around 5 here.

I have had some bb offer at between 3300 to 3900 but its a large deal 50 min  right now wife won,t let me buy anything yet spend 150k to 200k

I know you found the game you were looking for, but I had to share this Denver Duck video. It's the room where the Golden Egg is and it shows the floor falling out from under you if you select the wrong tile.

You are thinking of Gold Fever. It came out as a Fortune 2. I have seen 1 in the last 20 years and that was 20 years ago.

If anyone has one for sale, let me know.

Jerry-  Perhaps they re-made it, or you're thinking of a similar game?  jdkmunch mentioned that, "I think if I remember correctly it was an IGT AVP game." -- it'd be tough to mistake a Fortune II for an AVP machine.

WMS Ring Quest is definitely  the game.
