Title: Minty Fresh Button Deck Post by: Yoeddy1 on September 15, 2010, 08:36:51 PM Installed the new button deck plate that I bought from Jim (Blueridge) and just finished the install of the buttons from Suzo Happ (yeah, I bit the bullet)...freight was about 15 bucks.

A few weeks ago, I place an online order and when I was ready to check out, they had the shipping figured in and it was like 35 bucks!!! Needless to say, I scrapped the order. This time, I placed the order, but when I checked out, it only showed the price of the product. I took my chances, and figured I'd call them if I had some insane amount for shipping. I thought that was interesting. Later I received an email showing the product with the shipping cost of 15 bucks. Interesting how those guys operate. With the order webpage up on my computer screen, I call the shipping dept and I ask the girl at the Suzo-Happs desk what are my cheapest shipping options for out my way? :177- (I'm on the east coast!) I tell her the order number and then she usually gives me the best shipping rate!! So they'll honor their $25 online order minimum while still letting you take up an operator's time and will give you a better deal on shipping for doing so..
