can anybody tell  me with component to replace in a monitor ( kortek or effinet) when he is shacking  please

Most likely the caps on the monitor's power supply.  It would help a lot if you could tell us the model number of your monitor and it's maker.

i have a kotek 1982s and a effinet EFG-1901M

If it's a Vertical shaking problem with the Effinet boards check C411 and C418 for bulging or high ESR. I've uploaded a schematic I drew up that may help (.PDF) and also attached it .
I've seen other posts for the Kortek board on this forum that may point you in the right direction.

HAD A EFG1902 COME IN RESISTORS BUNRT OUT R542 R543 R544 AND TOOK OUT THE IRF 640  BUT I ENDED UP WITH A HORIZONTAL SIZE PROBLEM i HAVE THE 35 VOLTS BUT CANT SEEM TO PINPOINT ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED THANKS
