Title: What would it take to convert a Ballly S5500 from .25 to $1 Post by: tadornb on October 08, 2010, 02:10:50 AM Hi,
I have a Bally S5500 Wild Roses and want to convert it to be a dollar machine. I thought it was as easy as a new coin head and hopper parts, but it looks like it is not that easy. Can someone tell me what else I need and suggest where I can get the additional parts? Thanks! It sounds like I am missing the Optic block and some kind of bracket that the coin passes through right under the coin head. I bought an entire Dollar Hopper (with some kind of special shaker feature) as well as the Coin Head and a Comparitor, so I have those covered.
Any recommendation as to where I might get my hands on these parts? Thanks again! Title: Re: What would it take to convert a Ballly S5500 from .25 to $1 Post by: Buzz on October 10, 2010, 02:07:38 AM I would say you have a better than good chance to just remove the existing optic block.
Think I will send you a PM, my fix for this doesn't meet casino standards. Guess this wasn't a S+ but I still have a fix for it PM sent |
