Title: Sigma SG300 - Wire Message Post by: jimmy c on October 17, 2010, 06:31:11 PM I have a SIGMA SG300 slot machine and this problem is driving me over the edge! I have an error message WIRE OF METERS DISCONNECTED - PLEASE CALL ATTENDANT". I have never seen this message before.
I've check all the wiring and everything seems to be working. I have "0" in the Winner Paid and 4,293 credits available. Can anybody give me a hint as to what might be wrong. Thanks! I would check the wiring to the hard meters. If they have been removed and jumper installed maybe the jumper may have come loose. I was wiping down the machine and bumped it and then this message appeared.
Title: Re: Sigma SG300 - Wire Message Post by: Mr. Dinoman on October 17, 2010, 08:36:26 PM If you think the mech. meters are good, then check the 50 ribbon coming from the MPU board CN2 and going to the main distribution PCB board on the main door...Look for pin holes or cuts in the ribbon...If good, check CN25 on the same board...That is the feed to the meters...Make sure it is seated...Hope this helps...

PS,as I said,I do not have access to my manuals,but maybe someone could chime in...You need to turn off the security setting.
