We have a similiar machine. Our says Victorian on the gold plaque on top. Ours is a Summit. I asked my husband (Darrell) and he said yours is one of the original Bally machines, before they contracted with Summit to make them. They are definitely hard to find, and are a great piece to have around. I know ours draws a lot of attention. Just too bad they are not as old as they look!

That's purty.  Oak cabinet?  Worked on one similar to that once, and it was well built as seems yours.  Any dates on there?
I like the coin tray down at the bottom, no problems with an escalator that way.
We had a bar full of old E/M single coiners at the Money Tree, and they were all pre-escalator.  Much nicer to work on. The reels were all electrically kicked, though, because it was impossible to put handles in the bar.
Nice machine you got there.

A few major jukebox manufacturers did the same thing with consoles in the early 70's. not exactly rock 'n' roll........i prefer the fruity!

by the way, the lid lifts up to reveal a wonderful oil painting  :208-

Sweet find. I've always liked the odd and different machines. I've never seen anything like that one before.
