His response  after me purchasing safe ram clear chips, and not receiving it, tracking number didn't show post office receiving it.

Dear XXXX

Don't know who you think you are dealing with. I could give a shit what you want to happen. I mailed your item and it will get there if and when the post office decides to deliver it. If you think I will go out of my way to accomidate a dick like you guess again. If it is lost you will get refund. I have no interest in doing any further business with jerks that demand shit out of my control. Good luck on future needs as I plan to blacklist you as a dick with all my fellow suppliers. I hope the item is lost as I wish you a refund and a broken machine...good luck....

very nice customer service

Way to go there Tim...... :279-

Next time you want to buy something slot related maybe you should check with one of the vendors here on NLG.

I never used any bad words, all I asked is why he shipped the chips four days after the purchase and why the USPS tracking is not showing that they have received it. That's all

JJSLOTS is not a NLG vendor, and even if pigs fly I serious doubt they will ever become one.

Some of you may remember a fella that calls himself a slot tech in Arizona and was having problems with someone else flagging his Craigslist ads.  His signature replies were ranty run-on sentences.  Then, he created another NLG user name and complimented himself.  But, the moderators were on to him and kicked him off the site.

I bring this up because this fella recently bought one of my items on Ebay ... same ranty run-on sentences bragging of his slot technical expertise.  But the real giveaway was when I suggested he reach out to NLG.  His response was something like ... they are assholes and idiots.

Anyway, my point is, none of my replies stooped to the level that JJ Slots gave above, no matter how wrong the customer was or the slander and accusations they threw at me.  My patience and service earned me a positive feedback rating from this very difficult buyer.  Subsequently, I blocked them from every being able to buy from me again.  :-)

At the very least, JJ Slot should at least remove their Mission Statement or revise it with a clause that says, "Please don't make me mad.  You won't like me when I get mad."

Staz, I am really not bad person and always pay my bills, I followed all his stated rules in the action, it was buy it know and he got pied, my part is done, needed an answer is to why USPS didn't show the blue line that it was accepted, in transit something, his replay was if I need so bad I can pay express shipping and he will send me anther one, when I told him he must be out of mind for me to send more money for something that I already bought, that's when he lost it.

I just looked up your tracking number and it says "received May 15." I looked up JJslots and he's in Maryland. Depending on where you are located (nothing on your profile states your location), and considering the weekend, I'd think your item may just be running slow and it could very likely arrive today or tomorrow. USPS can be slow with first class mail and I've noticed that the tracking isn't updated until the item arrives! Still, there's no excuse for JJslots to send you a rude letter!

I agree, he did submit the tracking number but if you look closely the item didn't get scanned, he submitted the info for shipping online, but it has not been picked up from him or delivered to a shipping station from him yet. In other words it hasn't shipped yet! otherwise the tracking system will show progress by blue line that will tell you the status of the item being shipped.

I live in austin texas

The postal service tracking is among the worst...piss poor really
Being it was sent first class it will probably show up at your door before you see any tracking info.

I've had priority packages show up before tracking info was updated.
Prices have gone up using the postal service but that don't mean they got any better.

Tim

No argument there about the post office, but I never use curse words and never insulted anyone in my life, I am 52 year old and I don't need to be insulted by him or anyone else, life is to short, told him to keep the money $20 he must need it more then I do. all I wanted is my safeclear chips so I can fix the machine. I ordered some more from here and that's the end of this story.

Thank you all for your support

I'm going to split this rant into 2 topics, the second being the post office.  I will speak out then for U.S.P.S.

Thanks,

Hello,

I come to bring my experiment with JJSlots.

I have made my first orders at the beginning of November 2012 and I received them 5 days after (I live in France).  :3-

On May 15th I made a new order paid via Paypal, but not by eBay. At the end of 15 days  I did not still have news and I fall on this post.  :103-
I started to be anxious and I contacted JJSlots, alias Tim.

We had many exchanges by e-mail, He always answered in the course of the day.

At the end of one month I had not still received anything, He confirmed me he sent a 2nd sending.

At the end of 42 days I declared an object not received via Paypal (it gives 45 days of time) and the following day Tim had refunded me.  :259-

Therefore, although I did not receive my order, I can not say that it badly occurred.

I always remained polished with him, and him towards me. The exchanges always remained courteous.

It is a pitty : I do not have my chips and he does not want to make any more sending with international because of losses of parcel.

Finallement I placed a new order at another seller it is not either on NewLifeGames, but is known all the same here!!! RD....

My orders have always been promptly shipped, two thumbs up for thsi dealer from me, never a problem.  Awhile back, I was amassing a bunch of old s game kits, and he always got my multiple orders right out.  Was ordering about once a week.
I don't think  I want to send anything International mail any day soon.

I've been dealing with him for a few years now and I've never had an issue with Tim as he's always gone out of his way to help me out.   Sandman's post sounds a bit out of sorts for Tim and I'd like to hear Tim's version of the story before making any judgements.
