it is the 24 pin, and I had figured out that #1 was 12v and #13 was gnd, However I am using a serial interfaced BV like the ICT N6 used in pot of golds so im unsure on the coding still

Be careful,
The schematics show Pin#13 for the 12V and Pin#1 & Pin#2 as grounds!
I really have no clue about the rest of it though.
I wish I could help you more.
You might do better if you can get your hands on the bill acceptors
pin-outs directly from the JCM or ICT websites perhaps?

Yeah I said that wrong but had it right on harness. Anyway, I am using a BV with a RS232 connection which has 7 wires: (2)gnds, 12v, Rxd, send line, int line, lockout. I see by the schematics that the pins i should use (besides power) are pins 3 thru 6: BV232TxD, BV232RxD, BV232RtS, BV232CTS, and lockout.
This is how i have wired them:

 Pin         Backplane              BV

13             12V                    12V
1               gnd                     gnd
2               gnd                     gnd
3             BV232Txd              Rxd
4             BV232Rxd              sendline
5             BV232RtS              none
6             BV232CTS             Int line
11           Billlock                    lockout

My BV accepts bills but does not completely cycle by stacking the bill as if it is not recieving the ok from board on the request to send(RTS).
Any Ideas?

Your BV shows "none" for that one.
It's almost as if you have to see if there's a pin you're missing out on the BV header?
It's a longshot but I'm guessing pin 9?
