Totally new to this, so bear with me please. I have just picked up what I am pretty sure is PE draw poker machine. The fluros light up, but the monitor doesnt. I have check the PSU and the voltages seem to be correct as per what is written on the side of the tranny. The monitor doesnt seem to be lighting up. I check that it is getting 115v but i dont see any glowing of the tube.

Also there is a bunch of connectors which dont seem to be connected to anything ,so I am not sure if I am missing boards or what. I pressed the test button a few times and managed to get the DRAW/DEAL button on the front to light up but thats about it.

Can someone give me an idea of where to start looking?

Thanks

It's always a good idea to post some pictures.

I found a service manual online and from the looks of it there isnt actually anything missing. Still a bit confused what all the extra plugs are for. I have attached a pic for the lower section by the hopper where the bunch of cables are.

Not sure about that machine, but it's not uncommon to have lots of extra cables for various things like player tracking stuff, meters that may have been removed, etc.
