Can anyone please help me out and let me know what I can do to fix it? Here is info from the board assy number 7570380 it has a intel I. 960 chip and a Xilinx chip i know its an older board it has a key you put in the board and turn to lock the board. continuous reboot loop on a GK is often the DC switching power supply.  pull it out, open it up and looked for capacitors with puffed up tops.  caps are pretty inexpensive and are high failure parts so we just change all of them when we're rebuilding a power supply; also even if there are some that aren't puffy it doesn't mean they aren't bad. yes  if you can solder you can probably fix it for under $20 yourself.  i recommend mouser.com or digikey.com for caps and all other electronic components. g/l lightning bolt
