Hi Everyone
I am the proud owner of a pacific universal 5 Reel poker machine. At this stage she is not working very well.
I have read everything I can find on this site in relation to Universal poker machines but most of the information is not related to the Australian model.
The issue I have is the when I power it up I can only pay the game for about 15mins before the coin reject solenoid looses power and rejects the coin and stops playing at the same time I loose power to the top flashing lights.
I also tried to reset the game sometimes it works sometime it does not. Its driving me insane........ I have check the power supply as per discussed in some threads and its looks to be OK at the time of testing. I have also noticed that the printer does not have or only some of the display working.
Can someone please give some advice as to something I need to check. Or if someone has a manual the could cast a bit more light on the subject.

Sorry, I'm no help with that style machine.
But it does sound like a power supply issue. In the U.S. it would be the 24v to 32v dc.
Only advice I can give is if the power supply has a black plastic Tokin brand noise filter in it, try removing it. Here in the states they are a major cause of power problems and not really needed.
