You posted in the wrong thread - I moved this to the PE section and changed the title.

The clear chip goes into the GAME chip slot.
You pop out the current game chip and insert the Clear chip.

Before pulling chips - when you look at the chip note the direction of the notch or little circle located at one end of the chip.
The chips need to be oriented in the same manner in which it was removed.

Make sure you don't bend any pins. The easiest way is to use a small flat head and wiggle it up a bit and then change sides so you extract it as square as possible. Do NOT wedge one end up and then pull it.
