Love, love, love the artwork coming out, guys! I finally got my Wild Thing denom label finished - this one took a bit of work. I plan to set up the jackpot sticker next, but here's the 25ยข artwork if anyone wants it.

applause Nice!, I recently sold my Haywire but was in the process of making a similar looking decal. The only difference was I had the white bolt like stripe through the middle of the numbers.. Kinda like the Haywire belly glass has..

If you made the edges a bit more 'wild' it looks like it could be used on a Wild Thing also..

Yeah, I made that for my Wild Thing S2000. It matches the Wild Thing font precisely - I used the glass art as a guide.

stir the pot / get cooking Finally! After trial and error, this IS the material that works for both black, colored or white backgrounds.. The colors are bright and the backlit areas glow perfectly. It is a sticker sign material that can be rolled on to a clear transparency, or laminated from the start to make it more rigid. - I can actually print any type of wood look (any look) for the exterior of slots and have the machine cut it out perfectly..

Thanks to Yoeddy and Regislive for choosing a difficult black background.. It forced me to force my buddy to try another method, the other roll stock made the black look dull..

 Clap

Very nice.  Anything for a big fat award sticker where a mini photon progressive meter would go?  In particular, mine is a 5-line, 5-coin triple diamond, and the top award is 6000 credits if you get 3 triple diamond symbols on the 5th payline (diagonal payline going from bottom left to top right).  Here is the one I came up with, but don't have a good way of printing it yet, so still playing with ideas.  It's a 7 digit progressive meter, the numbers obviously go in the middle.

I can have it printed. I am just trying to gather enough decals to fit in a 52" wide by 12" tall area.... Ya, a lot of decals. That's the amount of stock the printer uses in one rip. I would hate to waste material like we did for the one posted.

You may be able to mirror the image (reverse) and print 2 of them on a transparency. Once combined (lined up perfect), the black is black, and the colors still look good while being backlit. Worth a shot? It'll cost you more in gas to drive to the officemax or wherever.. ha. like $1

I will keep you posted on my next print. I plan on doing a bunch of customs for the more rarererer machines, basic denoms, and the 'machine pays / play ? coins etc) in bulk for S+'s, S2k's.

(The picture is of me trying different things. I can have it rolled directly onto a clear material.)

Here's the custom progressive label that I did... keep in mind it's just on regular stock, which is why it looks grainy.  Also, the meter itself blocks some of the light, so not sure to to make it backlit exactly... might not be able to get it fully backlit.  Maybe it shouldn't be?  I cant remember what one looks like in an actual casino machine... been a long time since I seen the mini progressives installed instead of the big ones.  Not thrilled with how this looks right now, but it's always a work in progress.  At least it's hooked up and working, now I can work on the decal a little more.  I'm thinking non-backlit laminated vinyl on this pone with a black background maybe?

I agree. Maybe use bright colors for the background and fonts? Then it'll still stick out even though it wont be backlit.

Looks good. Nice job.

Matt just got around to installing them.  Here is what they look like.....I have to find some other way to adhere them to the glass...the acid proof tape I have is showing up way to much.  But here are a few pics to see!  I'll do a before and after.

They look good! Like I said, I'm still perfecting adhering them..

I use scotch tape. I only use a thin strip about 1/4" and put it around the edges.  Works well cause there is always a boarder around to cover the tape when backlit.

Just finished a tracking bar vinyl sticker for my Strike it Rich machine.  Thought I'd share it.  The rest of the machine is woodgrain, so it matches (see pics in my profile to see the rest of the machine).  Has cutouts for the card reader, LCD screen and pin pad.
