I am trying to repair this game for someone.  Can someone help ID this game and where I might find a manual?  The game is powering up, but there is no picture and it doesn't coin up.  I would like to test some voltages, but need a manual.  Thanks to anyone that can help.

That's definitely non-standard for the PE+, though -- perhaps an aftermarket add-on.  As Neonkiss stated, a couple of pictures of the inside of the machine will help to identify it.  The more you can post, the better.

Pe+ with Bally type DBV added. by Bally I mean the cartridge style stacker. saw a bunch of these back in the mid to late 90s. can comes out through the top of the machine. otherwise it's a standard PE+
