Wms 550 cash crop hopper jam error *update* setting to hand pay

Hey guys, got a wms 550 cash crop that keeps coming up with (tilt hopper jam ) error. When I did a clear on it last year I set it up so it did not have a hopper and used credits and it worked perfect until lately. I reset it and also tried turning jack pot key, and it clears it for a second or two and then it comes right back again. I cannot get into menu because it has credits on it.  Anything else I could try short of a full clear. Thanks todd Scott

I ended up doing a full clear. I've tried to shut the hopper off right after the clear and it will not shut off. I would like to put it on hand pay. Any ideas out there. Lowest setting was 1 coin in the hopper. It has the option in menu but will not let me select it. Btw there is no credits on it and I selected "no coin in" in the clear settings. Thanks todd
